The popular Custom House Casino can be played purely for fun or as a great charity fundraiser. Fun casinos provide excellent entertainment suitable for a wide range of events. A fun or charity casino is perfectly legal and requires no special license. We are guided by the Lotteries and Amusement Act 1976. We specialise in theme parties, charity balls, product launches, weddings and conference entertainment.

Our in house stock includes all the most popular games: Roulette, Blackjack, Wheel of Fortune and Chuck-a-Luck.

A fun casino event can be run in our elegant Blue Room or you can hire our casino sets or full-size casino tables staffed with professional croupiers.

For corporate events we also offer a wide range of games and activities including large screen video horseracing, giant outdoor games and team building packages.

Games to Play

Choose from the ever popular Roulette and Blackjack (or have both) and supplement with the Wheel of Fortune, Chuck-a-luck or Higher-Lower. Roulette is extremely simple and fun to play, Blackjack is quick to learn and is very similar to 21’s or Pontoon that most people know. Our expert dealers will happily talk you through how to play all the games and we always provide simple, explanatory leaflets for your guests to read. We base fun casino on 2 hours play although this can be extended if required. If you are looking for other activities to enhance your evening then you may wish to play 1 or 2 games of LAZERZONE our advanced laser tag system or add a few giant games such as Connect4, Jenga, Twister etc or even a race meeting.

Music

Choose a background genre for your evening or put together your own playlist from our vast collection. If you prefer full disco and DJ we can help organise someone suitable.

Legalities

Even though gambling is not involved playing fun casino is regulated by the Lotteries and Amusement Act. There are strict rules about prizes and about any profits from your event going to a non commercial operation. Also, it is a requirement that fun casino is an incidental entertainment activity and not the prime focus of the evening. We are happy to guide you with our understanding of the law.

Charity Fundraisers

Fun casino is a great fund raiser and for this style of evening we can advise on how to make money for your good cause whilst staying on the right side of the law. We can advise on getting sponsorship, selling tickets and how to run the night to ensure your guests have a great time whilst parting with their money!

Fun casino starts from £170 for 1 table which includes a dealer to run it. Further tables are at a reduced rate, see below. Note: these are in-house prices and do not apply to external hire (please enquire).

These prices include everything necessary to run a fun casino: professional tables, dealers, chips, how to play leaflets and fun money. These prices are based on 2 hours play.
Extra 30minutes play £15 per table
Note: if you would like personalised fun money printed for the evening with your own photos, company logo etc this can be arranged for a small fee.
How Many Tables?
This depends on your numbers, budget and the amount you expect people to play. As a rough guide we suggest:
20 - 40 people 1 table
25 - 50 people 2 tables
40 - 80 people 3 tables
