Had a party at the lazor zone yesterday for my 11 year old son.It was fantastic and stress free just turn up and nothing to do. Thankyou very much
Hello
Do you have to book if Your just going with friends not as a party.
Thanks Katie
Katie,
You don’t have to book but worth a phone call to check availability,
Thank you !
Hi. Do you have any plans to provide additional visual differences between the colours/teams (ie, fluorescent shapes on jackets etc) for people who are colour blind. My son is completely colour blind and therefore, unable to differentiate between any of the colours. He has been in with a member of staff to see if he sees any difference and he doesn’t. Therefore, he is unable to play, although he would love to.
Many thanks for your consideration!
Claire,
your son will be able to play perfectly well now in what we call solo games ie everyone against everyone where colours are irrelevant. As long as we are aware we will make sure we play solo games when he is here. The only issue I see with that is at our Sunday junior club where we play a mix of games and we could not play solo games all morning.
I know you say he cannot differentiate between any of the colours but would just like to check with you that he was shown all 4 colours that we can generate?
I would be happy to look into some other form of team identification. I wonder if something like a cycling high visibility sash might be used to identify his team. Happy to explore further with you and try and get him playing,
regards,

Hi Rob
My son came to play in lazerzone yesterday with a friend. You supplied the high visability cycle sashes as you said you would, and he had a fabulous time!!!! My son said he now knew that he would not ‘shoot’ his team-mates, and really, really enjoyed himself.
Thank you so much for listening, and following-through with what you offered. It is so much appeciated and my son will definately be returning again.
Thank you
Claire Titmas
Claire,
glad we are able to help. It would be a real shame for him to miss out for the sake of something so simple,
regards,
Rob
please could you oprivde details of adult packages for lazerzone – we are thinking of booking a party of approx 15 people for 11th or 12th march 2011
Michelle,
We can offer arena hire for 1hour at £100 or if you are thinking of food afterwards we have a variety of options with games at £6 per person (2 games), followed by food in the restaurant or cellar lounge. Availability at the moment is good. Please call if you would like to discuss options. There will be more web information soon about adult packages and group bookings,
thanks,
Rob
